On page 7 we have allowed space for the pane of 12 of Scott 3910 (Modern American Architecture). On page 11 we have allowed space for the pane of 10 of Scott 3937 (To Form a More Perfect Union). On page 12 we have allowed space for the  ane of 11 of Scott 3944 (Jim Henson and the Muppets). Page 14 updates and replaces page 13 of Supplement No. 63 (2002).
