Collection: Eynhallow 301-400
Eynhallow, or Holy Isle, appropriately named for its main attraction - an ancient monastery of which only a ruined chapel remains - lies between Roussay and Mainlain in the Orkeys, north of Scotland. The island's early inhabitants, Celts, were followed by Norsemen, whose influence is still evident in the pleasing sing song speech of its people, who are affectionately referred to as "farmers with boats".
Though not Scott listed these privately issued items provide a unique historical and educational collections.
